The basic conditions and short-term goals of the first plant (1). The plant currently has a 4.3-meter 65-hole coke oven. There are two gravity coal loading trucks on the top of the furnace, one coke pusher, two coke blocking machines, and conventional mobile electric locomotives and wet coke quenching vehicles for coke receiving. The factory plans to add a 65-hole coke oven and carry out environmental control of the coke side smoke generated during the production process of the two coke ovens and the harmful gases emitted from the furnace top during the coal loading process to achieve * * The prescribed environmental protection indicators create a good social environment for the health of enterprise employees and the normal life of surrounding residents. (2) The company's short-term goals and basic production conditions are designed in accordance with my country's 4.3-meter coke oven standard. The average width of the carbonization chamber of the 2X65-hole coke oven is 407 mm, with a coal tower and a coke quenching tower. The annual output is 900,000 tons of coke, and the coking time is 15-16 hours. The two coke ovens are in a production sequence, and there will be no production conditions in which the two coke ovens produce coke and load coal at the same time. Selection of the second focus side dust removal solution The focus side dust removal is mainly to solve the pollution of the environment and atmosphere caused by high-temperature dust when the coke falls from the focus guide grid into the coke quenching car. The more representative airborne dust removal solutions include: 1. The original XX Coking Plant once introduced the pressure quenching scheme of German Coppers Company. This plan is ; The coke blocking machine is equipped with a small smoke hood that can be lifted and lowered. The electric locomotive pulls the purification and coke quenching unit. The smoke generated during the coke catching process is pumped into the purification vehicle for processing. The application time is not long. 2. Wuhan Iron and Steel Coking Plant and Panzhihua Iron and Steel Coking Plant have introduced the thermal buoyancy hood dust removal system designed by Germany's Hartung Kuhn Company, which has been used for a period of time in the south when it does not freeze. In the north, it cannot be used due to freezing in winter, and the capture rate and flue gas emissions still cannot meet the standards, so it has not been promoted. The coking plant of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Company once conducted research and demonstration on this project, but ultimately it was not implemented. (2) More representative ground station dust removal solutions 1. Japan’s “Mitsubishi-style” dust removal solution represented by Baosteel Phase I and Phase II. The characteristics of this solution are:: The coke blocking machine has two tracks ; There is a small fixed smoke hood on the focus blocker to connect the focus at a fixed point. ; The connection method between the coke arrester and the fixed pipeline of the ground station is the "flap interface valve type". 2. Germany’s “Ministerstein” dust removal program represented by XX Coking Plant. The characteristics of this plan are: Three tracks of coke blocking machine ; There is a large smoke hood on the coke arrester (can cover two-thirds of the length of the coke quenching car), which allows for mobile focus collection. ; The connection method between the coke blocking machine and the ground station is "belt cart type". Suggestions for Yuzhong selection based on * * Due to current industrial policies and requirements for environmental protection and emission reduction, XX can only meet emission standards by adopting a ground station dust removal solution. Regarding the structural characteristics of the two ground stations, which one should XX choose? Baosteel's solution or MEPC's solution? --MEPC solution! reason: You can still use wet coke quenching and move the coke to pick up the coke. The transformation plan of the coke blocking machine is relatively economical and practical, and the split multi-point positioning structure can still be used. Only the mepc solution can capture the smoke and dust during door removal and focusing, because only the belt trolley solution can realize that the smoke hood and suction port are always connected to the dust removal main pipe when the door is removed and focus is guided. 3. Selection of coal loading and dust removal solutions: Coal loading and dust removal is mainly to solve the environmental pollution caused by waste gas emitted from the coal loading hole during coal loading and coal loading into the carbonization chamber. The control of gas pollution in coal loading areas is more urgent and difficult than that in coking areas because, in addition to a large amount of solid suspended matter - coal dust ; And tar mist ; Odor - hydrogen sulfide ; There is a carcinogen - 3-4 benzopyrene (BAP). Relatively representative airborne dust removal solutions have been used in Germany and Japan. The coal loading truck body is equipped with a system that sucks the flue gas generated during the coal loading process and concentrates it in the combustion chamber for combustion, water cooling, filtration, and emission. This kind of coal loading truck has not been popularized because it has dust collection pipes, combustion chambers, water tanks, coolers, pumping stations, fans and filtration systems. It is heavy and complex in structure. my country's Meishan Iron and Steel Coking Plant once used a 4.3-meter coke oven with dust removal coal loading truck after Baosteel's second phase project. This coal loading truck is actually a two-section tractor truck.: One section has completed the coal loading function (disc feeder coal loading) and one section of the flue gas treatment vehicle has been improved and perfected for more than a year after being installed and put into production. However, due to poor results, it has not been promoted and applied. Relatively representative ground dust removal station solutions are represented by Baosteel Phase I and Phase II.: Coal loading in this scheme uses a disc feeder, which can control the coal loading speed and coal loading sequence. There is a dust collection pipe to load the furnace flue gas, a combustion chamber, water cooling, primary filtration, and then through the main pipe to the ground station, where it is filtered by bag dust removal and then discharged. The characteristic is that the carcinogens in the "waste gas" are burned and then filtered and emitted. After the third phase of Baosteel's project, Bengang's 4.3-meter coke oven used the World Bank loan's environmentally friendly renovation plan - a dry ground station dust removal plan. Features of the program: Coal loading trucks only have dust collection pipes and do not need to be burned or washed. It is directly sent to the ground station through the dust collection main pipe. The difference between Baosteel and Benxi Iron and Steel is that Baosteel still uses a disc feeder to load coal, while Benxi Iron and Steel uses an imported screw feeder to load coal. At present, most of the domestic 4.3-meter coke oven dust removal renovations and newly built 6-meter coke ovens adopt the scheme of spiral feeder coal loading and dry dust collection. Suggestions for the Yuzhong solution suggest using a spiral feeder to load coal trucks and dry dust collection. reason: The spiral feeder coal loading truck has better controllable procedures for the coal loading sequence than the disc feeder coal loading truck. The ability to adapt to changes in coal moisture is greater, but the weight and cost are not much different. The dry dust collection ground station scheme has not been burned. How to deal with the carcinogen-3-4 benzopyrene produced when installing the furnace? Through foreign exchanges and practice, it has been proven that the carcinogenic harmful substances in raw coal gas do not exist free in the gaseous state during furnace installation, but most of them are adsorbed in suspended dust. They are filtered out when the bag dust collector filters the dust. The temperature of the flue gas is mixed with a large amount of cold air during the gas collection process, so that the temperature of the flue gas drops below 150 degrees before entering the bag. The tar mist present in the flue gas is solved by pre-spraying coke powder before filtering with bag dust collector. Analysis on the possibility of "modification" of the two existing gravity coal loading trucks in Yuzhong 1. It is estimated that the weight of the existing 4.3-meter 58 coke oven gravity coal loading truck is about 37 tons, and its two traveling motors are 16 kilowatts. The new screw feeder coal loading truck weighs 90-100 tons and is hydraulically driven. The original old truck had no usable parts. One of the original cars can be kept as a spare car for emergency use during maintenance of the new car. Even for newly installed coke ovens, there is a plan to use a dust removal coal loading truck and a gravity coal loading truck as spare parts. 4. Regarding the selection of the number of ground stations, it is recommended to adopt the design of two-in-one ground stations based on the principles of energy saving, consumption reduction, money saving and less station space. now that: The furnace top dust removal and coke side dust removal adopt the structure of a ground station. Premise: As mentioned before, the 2X65 hole coke oven only has one coke quenching tower, one cooling coke platform, and one coal tower, that is to say: Coke oven No. 1 and coke oven No. 2 can only be operated according to one production sequence, and it is impossible to operate two carbonization chambers at the same time. Therefore, it is feasible to use a ground station. The operation process of the two-in-one ground station is to work alternately between coke side dust removal and furnace top coal loading dust removal. The coke powder on the bag when the coke is discharged is equivalent to pre-spraying the bag, which is more convenient for production operations and can save the pre-spraying system of a separate ground station for furnace top dust removal. Example: Haizi coking plant and other layout: The two-in-one ground station is best arranged next to the existing coal tower on the coke side. Chapter 2 Discussion of the transformation plan of the coke retaining machine 1. New equipment content for the transformation of the coke retaining machine: Work was carried out on the premise of basically retaining the original door-picking car. 1.1. Add a redesigned focus guide car to meet the needs of dust removal. (Including a set of traveling transmission motor 11KW) 1.2. Add dust removal device. 1.3. Add a belt-type smoke guide trolley (including a set of traveling transmission motor 11KW that runs synchronously with the door-picking trolley). 2. Modification content of the original equipment of the coke blocking machine: The original electrical room was changed to a heat-insulated type, and the weight was determined based on the on-site space conditions. 3. Description of main equipment 3.1. Sealed focus guide car: In order to meet the needs of this focal side dust removal transformation and ensure the expected dust removal effect, a new sealed focus guide car that meets the dust removal requirements needs to be designed. It is mainly composed of the focus guide car body, the sealed focus guide grid, the focus guide grid movement, the focus guide grid locking, the focus guide car traveling, etc. Focus guide car body: It is mainly composed of section steel and welded section steel. In order to facilitate transportation, the main connection part adopts bolt welding structure. Sealed focus guide: The inner side adopts a pressed corrugated metal plate structure, which overlaps each other and can effectively prevent smoke from overflowing. The frame of the focus guide is connected with bolts and elongated holes, which reduces the thermal deformation of the focus guide and increases the service life of the focus guide. A secondary sealing heat shield is added outside the focus guide grid to more effectively prevent smoke from escaping and isolate radiant heat. Focus grid movement: It adopts the driving form of worm gear screw and connecting rod. Main parameters: moving motor: Y132M-4 5.5KW 1 focus guide grid stroke: The 520-550mm focus guide lock is driven by a manual linkage. Main parameters: lock head: 50X80 2 working strokes: The 50mm belt trolley is equipped with a set of traveling devices: It operates synchronously with the original door-picking vehicle traveling mechanism and uses variable frequency control to ensure smooth vehicle operation and accurate alignment. The main components are:: It is composed of dust removal hood, dust removal steel structure, furnace dust removal device, flue gas introduction mechanism, etc. The dust removal device operates synchronously with the coke blocking machine. One side is articulated with the coke guide car, and the other side runs on the dust removal main pipe. The smoke generated during coking is collected by the dust cover and sent to the dust removal pipe by the smoke extraction mechanism. At the same time, the burner dust removal device collects smoke and dust from the burner head and sends it into the dust removal hood, effectively controlling the escape of smoke and dust during coking, and meeting environmental protection requirements. Main technical parameters: Smoke handling capacity: 3200Nm3/min dust cover coverage area: 9Mx3.8=34.2m2 furnace head dust removal device: Self-priming flue gas introduction mechanism: It is a belt trolley method. 4. Renovation of the door-picking truck. The original 11KW motor of the door-picking truck will be used unchanged. During the transformation, the brakes, couplings and related structural modifications need to be replaced. 5. In the electrical part, the coke blocking machine has a new electrical capacity of about 30KW, and all electronic control equipment is newly manufactured. The traveling part adopts variable frequency drive, one-to-three mode. This can improve the maneuverability of the cart's traveling alignment. Other electronic control functions remain consistent with the original car. Replace all cables in the entire vehicle. 6. The original electric locomotive and coke quenching car will be modified after the dust removal transformation. The original electric locomotive and coke quenching car will interfere and need to be modified accordingly. Party B can provide drawings for this part, and Party A can construct it by itself. Coke quenching vehicle supporting modification - carried out according to the construction drawings. (Part A provides drawings) Chapter 3 Discussion of Coal Loading Car Transformation Plan 1. Purpose The coal loading car runs on the coal loading car track on the top of the coke oven. Its function is to take coal from the coal tower and load it into the carbonization chamber according to the operation plan according to the operation plan. It also sucks the smoke and dust escaping from the coal loading hole during the coal loading process and introduces it into a fixed dust collection main pipe. After dust removal by the bag dust collector of the ground dust collection station, it is discharged into the atmosphere. The coal loading truck is interlocked with the dust removal fan of the ground station through the fourth slide line. 2. Operating environment Coke oven top, open-air operation, ambient temperature: -200C~800C. There is a lot of smoke and there is an open flame. 3. Technical requirements and main process parameters of the coke oven matching this equipment (cold size):     The total length of the carbonization chamber is 14080mm. The effective length of the carbonization chamber is 13280mm. The total height of the carbonization chamber is 4300mm. The effective height of the carbonization chamber is 4000mm. The average width of the carbonization chamber is 450mm. The taper of the carbonization chamber is 50mm. The center distance of the carbonization chamber is 1143mm. The coking time is 17h. The number of holes in the carbonization chamber is 2X39. The effective volume of the carbonization chamber is 23.9m3. The amount of dry coal loaded in the carbonization chamber at one time is:  17.9t Each hole of the carbonization chamber has three coal loading holes with a spacing of 4220mm. The operating time of the coal loading truck is 8.5min. 3.1. Operation method of coal loading truck:   It adopts one-time positioning and sets three operation modes: automatic control, unit program control and emergency manual control. The operator controls the opening and closing of the coal tower spout on the coal loading truck, allowing the coal loading truck to take coal from the coal tower. 3.3. Traveling device:   It is composed of eight wheels and four wheel sets supporting the frame, and is driven by a motor. It can ensure the smooth operation process and meet the requirements of different traveling speeds. A counting device is installed on the screw feeder, and a screw rotation display device is installed on the main operating table. The counting device can control the amount of coal loaded in each hole to achieve timing and quantitative coal feeding. By driving the movable guide sleeve through the hydraulic cylinder, the dust removal pipeline can be connected to the fixed main pipe for coal loading and dust collection on the furnace roof, so that the collected flue gas can be sucked to the ground station for purification treatment. General 1.1. Overview Coke ovens emit a large amount of harmful gases and dust with high temperature, high concentration, and easy diffusion during the process of coal loading and coke discharging. Its main pollutants include suspended solids (TSP), benzene soluble matter (BSO) and benzopyrene (BaP), etc., which pollute the environment and endanger human health. Without control, the total emissions are about 2.37kg/t coal, of which BaP and BSO are serious carcinogens, especially directly related to the incidence of lung cancer. Coke oven smoke is the largest emission, and the most serious harm is the large amount of yellow smoke and coal dust that escapes during the coal loading process, accounting for about 60% of the total pollutant emissions. Among them, the BSO emission is 0.499kg/t coal, and the BaP emission is 0.908×10-3kg/t coal, which are 13.7 times and 50 times the total emissions of BaP and BSO per ton of coal from coke. Hazardous substances such as BaP in smoke and dust exist with TSP as a carrier. Therefore, the collection and processing of TSP is the fundamental way and the most critical link to solve the hazards of harmful substances. 2. Coke oven smoke control technology 2.1. Design basis 1) «Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants» GB16297-1996 2) «Industrial Noise Control Design Code» GBJ87-85 3) «Coking Safety Regulations» GB12710-91 2.2. Main design data and regulations 2.2.1. Ventilation and air conditioning a) Air compressor stations are equipped with hoods for natural ventilation to remove waste heat. b) An air conditioner is installed in the operation room of the dust removal ground station to ensure the normal use of instrument equipment. 2.2.2. Coal loading, coke removal and dust removal process in coke oven 2.2.2.1 , Briefly describe the coal loading and dust removal technology of coke oven coal loading and dust removal using the domestic advanced coal loading non-combustion method, and allowing the collected coal loading smoke and dust to enter the coke side dust removal dry dust removal ground station. It realizes the integration of coal loading smoke and dust collection, furnace top and ground station flue gas transfer, flue gas temperature regulation and control, and flue gas purification. It uses the coke powder collected on the surface of the filter bag during the coke pushing process to prevent the smoke containing tar and water vapor from bonding to the filter bag during the coal loading process, ensuring long-term safe and stable operation of the equipment. The coal loading and dust removal system consists of two parts. The furnace top part is a dust removal and coal loading truck with a smoke and dust collection device. The smoke and dust extraction system is composed of a movable smoke hood, a smoke guide, a flue gas regulating valve, an air regulating valve, a safety valve, a telescopic connector, etc. Open the interface flap valve on the dust collection main pipe through the telescopic connector. The flue gas emitted during coal loading is mixed with a certain amount of air, and is sent to the dust collection ground station integrated with the coke side dust collection through the dust collection trunk pipe for purification treatment. The other part is a smoke and dust purification ground station that combines coke pushing and coal loading. The ground station is equipped with fans, offline pulse bag dust collectors, smoke exhaust units with hydraulic couplings, dust collector recovery coke powder ash conveying devices, etc., as well as corresponding supporting electrical and instrument equipment, as well as compressed air and cooling water systems. Tar, benzene solubles, and benzopyrene harmful substances in the flue gas are effectively adsorbed by the coke powder collected during the dust removal process. This adsorption treatment method is completed during the alternating process of coke pushing and coal loading, and has been successfully applied in the smoke and dust control of many domestic coke ovens. The two 42-hole 4.3m coke ovens share a set of ground dust removal devices for coke side dust removal and coal loading dust removal. The dust removal facilities are arranged on elevated floors, covering an area of ​​about 150m2. Fans, hydraulic couplings, and motors are arranged outdoors and equipped with rainproof sheds. The pulse bag dust collector adopts a low-pressure dust cleaning method. The filter bag injection program and control time are controlled by the electrical PLC system. The recovered dust can be taken away or hauled to the material yard for processing. The dust removal system is designed to handle an air volume of 60,000m3/h. Under the conditions of ensuring the dust removal effect and the safe and reliable operation of the dust removal system, the optimal air volume is adjusted and determined based on the resistance of the dust removal system and the operation of the coke oven. The advantages of integrating coal loading dust removal and coke side dust removal technology: 1. Coal loading dust removal uses a non-combustion method to mix in a large amount of air, so that the combustible component content in the smoke is well below the lower explosion limit, ensuring that it is safe for the smoke to enter the large dust removal system; 2 .The coke side dust removal system collects dry coke powder and gas, which can effectively absorb harmful components, tar and moisture in coal smoke. There is no need to consider measures such as insulation, heating, and anti-condensation of dust removal equipment; 3. Use low-pressure tube jet pulse dust collectors * * It improves the dust cleaning capacity of the dust collector and prevents dust from sticking to the filter material and increasing the system resistance; 4. This system design gives full play to the purification processing capacity of the ground dust removal equipment. Through the special design and control of the fan and pipeline system, the coal loading dust removal and the coke side dust removal are combined into one system, which can * * Save renovation investment. The speed is adjusted through the pressure change signal at the end of the dust removal pipe.
