Problems with boiler air caps

During the operation and commissioning of the two 75T/H circulating fluidized bed boilers in our company, both boilers suffered from ash leakage in their air chambers. Boiler No. 1 lost more than 70 carts’ worth of ash per shift (8 hours), and this problem became worse day by day. Boiler No. 2 also had ash leakage in its air chamber; after 3 days of operation, it lost more than 10 carts’ worth of ash per shift. This ash leakage in the air chambers poses a serious threat to the safe and continuous operation of the boilers. We’re not sure how to solve this issue
What kind of coal is used as fuel? What’s the granularity like? What form should the style take? The air volume of the primary and secondary air streams, as well as their ratio – the original poster could provide more details on this
