Can a laptop chassis be connected to a ground wire? If it’s possible to connect, how?

The power supply for laptops is no longer located inside the computer; instead, it’s a separate unit that supplies power to the laptop, with voltages ranging from approximately 10.5 to 19 volts DC. It’s okay; by the time it reaches the laptop, the voltage has already been converted to a safe level. The plugs are three-pronged, as the voltage at the input end of the power adapter is 220V, and this is done for safety reasons.
