Excessive ACN levels in butadiene products

Recently, the acetonitrile level in my butadiene products was above the specified limit, while all other parameters were within the acceptable range. Could everyone please help analyze the reasons for this? Is a boundary level of 35% for the butadiene washing tower too low? The ACN content in the crude butadiene is only 70PPM, the washing ratio is 1.1, and the ACN content in the product is 19PPM
Is there anything wrong with your water supply, and is the meter accurate? Are the operating conditions appropriate?
Check whether there are any leaks in the ACN heat exchanger

Check if there’s a problem with the testing and analysis instruments; this happens from time to time here
