I would like to ask what units are used in the design of a DMAC refining tower? What about experience and skills? I am looking for a company to design a DMAC (N,N-dimethylacetamide) purification tower with a capacity of 100–120 tons per day. I’m not sure which domestic organizations have designed such things – what’s the situation there?

What are the components of the DMAC raw material solution? What purity level is required for refined DMAC!
3# zzna consists mainly of DMAC with about 7% moisture; it is desired that the moisture content be less than 150 ppm and the conductivity be less than 0.2 μs/cm, so as to meet the standards for spandex use.

If there are no other impurities, a simple vacuum distillation column will suffice! The filler can use orifice plate corrugation 250Y!
Well, I’m trying to figure out how much pressure reduction is needed. Does anyone here know the saturated vapor pressure parameters for DMAC?

Is it the same principle as a regular distillation tower? Can the purity of the refined product reach 99.9%?
This isn’t really that difficult; even a somewhat more professional design firm can handle it. Our company also has a DMAC purification tower – the DMAC feed contains 5% water and 30% alcohol, and ordinary vacuum distillation is sufficient to meet the requirements for use in aramid polymerization (with water and alcohol levels below 100 ppm).
