There are four main ways for liquid water to enter the shift catalyst:: 1. The liquid level in the saturated tower is too high, and the semi-water gas brings water into the catalyst layer. 3. When stopped, the conversion furnace does not have a blind plate and is connected to the saturation tower. The conversion furnace is filled with water vapor that is in equilibrium with room temperature. Water vapor condenses into water in the catalyst capillary, and the catalyst is gradually pulverized. 4.
