Please! ! ! Methods for adjusting a two-chamber equilibrium vessel. The liquid level in the flue gas drum – it’s a dual-chamber balance vessel, and the transmitter used is from EJA. I’ve tried fixing this several times, but the readings remain inaccurate; after some time, the level shows as 100%. Please help me resolve this issue, with more specific details, thank you! !

A two-chamber balance vessel does not require adjustment and needs to be installed as specified. Check whether the installation is correct.

The positive and negative pressure chambers don’t reverse; after calibrating with 375 each time, the readings are accurate. But after a few hours, the display on the control panel shows 100%, and I’m really confused:(

If verification with 375 yields accurate results, it indicates that the signal processing of the transmitter is good. First, consider whether the problem lies in the level migration amount. The liquid level migration amount is calculated based on the size of the balance vessel itself and its installation position on the drum. At the same time, verify whether the positive and negative pressure chambers are connected correctly. Finally, moving it inside the transmitter should do the trick. If, after a few more hours, the control room still shows 100%, it may be worth considering whether there is drift in the transmitter, possibly due to a quality issue.
May I ask what the process of calibration using 375 is like? Is it necessary to turn off the positive and negative pressure sensors before manually adding water for calibration?
