I need information on the equipment composition of R22 refrigeration stations in dry absorption systems, the medium flow path, the oil circuit, etc. . . . .
We use screw compressors from Yantai Binglun, with R22 as the working medium. The low-temperature, low-pressure R22 gas coming back from the workshop passes through the R22 liquid storage tank before being drawn into the screw compressor, where it is compressed together with oil to form a high-temperature, high-pressure mixture of gas and oil. After being discharged, this mixture passes through an oil-gas separator; the R22 gas is then cooled with water before being stored in a tank. It is subsequently sent back to the economizer of the screw compressor, where it is throttled to reduce its temperature, before entering the R22 liquid storage tank and being pumped to the condenser in the workshop； After the oil is separated during compression together with R22, it is cooled in a water cooler, and then pumped to the air inlet of the screw compressor where it is compressed together with the R22 gas, in such a cycle!
It mainly depends on how much money you have, whether to use domestic or foreign products, and whether to choose Binglun or York. Use a bucket pump method or direct evaporation cooling?
