The fiberase fermentation technology for biomass energy in China is lagging behind that in foreign countries. Danish enzyme preparations imported from abroad are relatively high-quality. The problem is that fiber fermentation in China is generally still at the laboratory or pilot stage; there is no talk of economic benefits, while the social impacts are significant! Domestic alcohol producers such as Tianguan, which produce 5,000 tons of fibrous ethanol, have **research funding! If only economic benefits are considered, there is still a long way to go in the development of fibrolyases; research institutions must adopt a forward-looking perspective and stay at the forefront of the times in order to achieve breakthroughs! The structure of natural cellulose is quite complex. Cellulase is also an enzyme system with a complex composition. Based on the experimental results, cellulase combined with appropriate pretreatment can achieve good results. However, the high cost of cellulase limits its widespread use. The factors affecting the cost include low cellulase activity and rapid inactivation ; The ratio of the enzyme systems is not optimal. Shandong University has projects in collaboration with functional sugar enterprises in Yucheng, Shandong; the production and utilization of cellulase are integrated, which allows for a significant reduction in costs.
