It’s almost April, and we haven’t carried out any drills yet. What do you all think should be done?
There’s a chance to conduct fire drills; with the typhoon season approaching, it’s likely that typhoon prevention drills will also need to be carried out. For the rest, pick a few and work on them
First, conduct a risk analysis to identify where accidents might occur； Second, develop emergency response plans based on risk analysis and accident scenarios ； Third, develop an emergency drill plan based on the work plan and contingency plans ； Fourth, narrative assumptions and drills or specialized exercises.
