The design steps for electric heat tracing generally involve 2 steps: 1. Determine the heat required based on the process requirements; 2. Select the type of electric heating tape, its power level, and the control methods, taking into account the process conditions I would like to ask: if the medium flowing through the pipeline needs to be heated, how is this amount calculated? Give a calculation method or estimation method; a connection is also okay.
Power = specific heat capacity * ΔT * flow rate * time; adding in heat loss and thermal efficiency gives the heating power
Is traffic inversely related to time? Does this time refer to the flow time of the medium within the heating section of the pipeline?

The unit of flow rate for 3# ZJYSSF is kg/h; time is already included in it, so there is no need to know the channel time. If you are heating a closed container, that is, when the mass is measured in kg, then it is necessary to know the temperature rise time; you can find this by substituting the units into the formula Q=cm△t. Note: There is a difference between the concepts of electric mixing heating and electric heating. Electric mixing heating is generally used for maintaining temperature, while electric heating is used to raise temperature. In one of our previous projects, we intended to purchase electric heating equipment but ended up buying electric mixing heating instead, which led to problems – the temperature wouldn’t rise.
