I would like to ask everyone: For a pressure-free plate heat exchanger, the flow rate is 3.8 m3/h, the heat exchange area is 7 m2 at 4 MP, the inlet oil temperature is 65°C while the outlet oil temperature should be ≤45°C; the inlet water temperature is 30°C and the outlet water temperature is 40°C. What size heat exchange area should be chosen if a spiral plate heat exchanger is used instead? ?
Based on a heat transfer coefficient of 1500 W/m2·K for spiral plate heat exchangers, the area can be estimated preliminarily.
