What time do people usually go to bed because they are so busy?

Some people go to bed early, while others have to work overtime; I wonder how everyone in this forum is doing

I usually go to bed around that time; when I’m more tired, it’s around 11 o’clock. I can get up on time at 6 in the morning, haha
A little after 11 o’clock, I guess. . . Hehe. . .
In most cases, it’s around 11 o’clock
Normally, I go to bed at 11:30
Play until one or two o’clock then go to sleep..............:'(
Generally, before 12 o’clock, I actually really want to go to bed early
No shift work for now; regular working hours.
