Personnel responsible for directing, tying, and selecting lifting points must hold a special operation certificate for directing and rigging. Crane operators need to hold: a special operations driver’s license (categorized into bridge/girder cranes, tower cranes, and mobile cranes). The special operation certificate for lifting equipment can be obtained only after completing the training organized by a designated department authorized by the (safety inspection agency) and passing the examination. Instructors must hold a qualification certificate for special operations (lifting equipment) issued at the provincial level, and the examination must be organized by an authorized entity (many large companies are authorized to do this).
