Is the pipe blocked? It can occur on the inlet filter, impeller, and outlet pipe. It is also necessary to consider whether the medium being transported has changed; it would be best to conduct an analysis. It’s also possible that the gap of the mouth ring has increased.
Low flow and low pressure indicate that the pump’s performance is poor; this could be due to an excessive gap in the seal ring or blockage at the inlet. High current levels suggest a high load, which may be caused by severe mechanical friction in certain parts

I have encountered the situation described by LZ. First of all, our high-speed pump was manufactured by the 11th Aerospace Research Institute. The reasons for the problems with the new pump are as follows: 1. The throat area of the pump’s flow channel was blocked, resulting in insufficient flow rate from the pump; 2. The outlet valve was opened too slightly. The performance of the pump under such low flow rates cannot be assessed using the flow curve of ordinary centrifugal pumps. It is necessary to gradually increase the opening of the outlet valve while paying attention to changes in current levels.
We have ruled out issues such as excessive gap in the mouth ring, blockage at the inlet, and problems with the bearing housing. The throat of the high-speed pump flow channel is not clogged; it is worn out. Pump casing wear. After taking it to Beijing for repair, the flow rate, pressure, and current were all normal. Such incidents have occurred at that factory.
Is the pump inlet flow sufficient? Is the filter clogged? Will filtering liquids cause cavitation?
