What to do if an azeotrope forms during distillation?

In a conventional distillation tower, water is separated from other organic substances; since the material contains very little water, an azeotrope does not form. However, if water enters the tower after passing through the wash tank at the top, an azeotrope is created. What are some good ways to address this issue?
What exactly is the water content? Is distillation still necessary if the water content is very low? What are organic substances?
If it’s produced in a factory, of course the root cause needs to be identified – it’s the washing tower; it’s not possible to change the entire operating process of the factory.
A receiver should not be installed at the top of the distillation column; instead, it should be placed below the reflux line.
