Over-temperature and over-pressure are prohibited during operation. 4. During startup and shutdown, the pressure and temperature rise and fall too quickly, causing damage to the catalyst. 5. Frequent startup and shutdown times cause catalyst aging. 6. The catalyst is soaked in process condensate.
