Is it necessary to evaluate assistant engineers?

It’s been almost a year since I graduated, and I was wondering if I need to apply for an evaluation Is one considered a teaching assistant one year after graduating from undergraduate studies?
I guess there’s no need to evaluate it; once you’re hired here, you become an assistant. But it seems like this thing isn’t very useful anyway
One year after graduating from an undergraduate program, without having to take any exams, one can become an assistant engineer by having the relevant documents submitted by the company; for those who graduated from a junior college program, it takes three years.
