Regarding fusel oil

I saw on forums that many distillation towers are equipped with devices for dealing with fusel oils, but our facility doesn’t have such equipment (we produce methanol from natural gas using four distillation towers). I would like to ask the experts: is it because the production of methanol from natural gas results in no fusel oils, or at least lower levels of them? Impurities such as fusel oils appear in methanol produced from coal, and this is also related to the process equipment; thank you, expert~~~
Regardless of the process used, fusel oils will be present
As far as I know, both coal-based methanol and natural gas-based methanol produce fusel oils, although less fusel oil is generated in the case of methanol produced from natural gas

There should be fewer fusel oils; it’s part of the design, but you might not have activated it
