The company wants to provide the school with a set of equipment for the disproportionation of toluene into benzene and xylene, but there is no basis available for the drawings of the stripping towers and distillation towers; it’s urgent. . .
Thank you! Once I see your help, I will reply as soon as possible! Good answers will definitely be scored too, thank you!
“The Catalog of Chemical Engineering Equipment __ Tower Equipment” is a very old catalog; I hope it can be helpful. Give me your email address and I’ll send it to you~~
Send me one too, bro. hngydxhg@163.com
It’s already been sent; please check it. I’m only in my fourth year of college~ You’re welcome, haha~
For information on stripping towers and distillation towers, you can refer to the operation manual; it might contain useful details. You just need to determine what type of tray it is. If the equipment is small and cannot be disassembled, you can install a certain type of tray by yourself; after all, there isn’t such a strict distinction between different tray types, and anyway, no one else will see it – it’s just a simulation, after all, it’s not real, haha.
My email address is zhangli880106@sina.com, thank you! Distillation is an easy problem to solve; we learned the principle before, and similar diagrams were found yesterday as well. But I don’t really understand stripping towers! From what I’ve read online, the principle seems to be that it’s just a tank into which the appropriate gas is filled, and after equilibrium is reached, the material can be discharged. But just to be safe, I’ll still consult everyone! And now I need to draw the drawings for the stripping tower; to ensure compliance, I definitely have to gather all the necessary information! Thank you!
The email has been sent; please check it. Hope it helps!~
8# devilsw, please send me one at uatanna@163.com. Thank you!
The 8# devilsw drawings have been received, but the internet speed is too slow at the moment so I haven’t been able to see them yet! Thank you first, hehe···
