I was wondering if anyone here has used pressure transmitters on cranes? Could you please explain in detail what function the pressure transmitter performs there? The vibration of a crane when it is in operation must be quite significant; so, are there any things to keep in mind when installing pressure transmitters? Then, could the disturbances that occur during the operation of the crane (such as interference from frequency converters or similar) affect the 4-20mA current output of the transmitter? If so, how should protection be ensured? Could you explain it in detail? I’m a beginner. .....I guess I asked too many questions. Sorry, sorry. It’s just that a factory purchased our pressure switches, which is why I’m wondering where they are being used. I’m really worried about the interference resistance of 4-20mA. In the past, when dealing with large frequency converters, installing metal pipes and providing grounding didn’t help at all.
Installing a buffer tank when setting up the transmitter can solve the problem of excessive vibration. As for the interference caused by frequency converters, it’s inevitable; think of other solutions. (Use an on-site pressure gauge) Right.
Actually, our pressure sensors... well, they are designed for use in FA applications, not PA applications; they are similar to those from IFM.
