Looking for cheap and practical flowmeters for on-site measurement

In the company, it is necessary to measure separately the consumption of steam, natural gas, nitrogen, compressed air, etc., for each processing step. I was wondering if any company manufactures simple and practical measuring instruments for this purpose – something similar to household water meters, that do not require remote transmission and are used solely for tracking internal energy consumption.
If the volume is not large, a rotary flow meter can still be considered.

In that case, it’s sufficient to purchase a set of household water meters and gas meters that can display both instantaneous flow rates and cumulative flow amounts. It can also measure reverse flow. These tables do not require electricity; they are intrinsically safe.
