In your work experience, which types of structures have been used for double-chamber balance vessels to measure boiler liquid levels?
Hehe, our three-gas boilers use the water container balance method to measure the liquid level – it involves a thicker pressure transfer tube, with another pressure transfer tube inside it. I can’t explain it in detail, but it can be made using just two stainless steel tubes. The principle is quite simple: one of the tubes acts as a negative-pressure chamber, while the other serves as a positive-pressure chamber. Hehe, and a drain valve can also be installed
I’m not quite sure what the original poster meant by their title! Are there various types of two-chamber equilibrium vessels? I have only seen ones with two interfaces and those with three interfaces; the ones with three interfaces have an additional drain port. Does this also count as a different type? A bit confused! :L
