There are regulations or standards that do not explicitly mention such things, but which are still used in practice and are accepted and adopted by most people; these are what are known as unwritten rules. What are people’s opinions on these situations? Let’s discuss the advantages and disadvantages.
I think most people won’t follow the standard guidelines, doing so only to meet inspection requirements. But we ourselves need to understand why those guidelines exist, so as to ensure our own safety and that of our colleagues. If I were a boss, I’d probably act the same way as the current bosses, driven by financial interests
Unwritten rules are only short-term behaviors; things will get better in the future, I believe!
