The required free chlorine level in the pre-reactor tank is 1–2 ppm. I’m not sure if your laboratory is capable of detecting such low levels; we always report extremely low values here, but I’m not exact about what that number is
The microorganisms and algae in saline water secrete a type of mucus that, when mixed with compounds such as magnesium hydroxide and humic acid, adheres to the surface of the filtration bags, thereby affecting the membrane’s filtering capacity. By adding a 1–1.4% NaClO solution at the outlet of the salt treatment tank, the microorganisms and algae in the saline water are killed by sodium hypochlorite, while natural organic substances like humic acid are oxidized and broken down into smaller molecules by this substance. To remove natural organic substances and inorganic ammonium as thoroughly as possible, the amount of sodium hypochlorite added during industrial production should be slightly excessive, to ensure that the free chlorine content in the brine at the outlet of the tank is between 1 and 3 ppm.
When I saw the title, I thought they had all fallen into a saltwater tank. However, saltwater has strong buoyancy, so it doesn’t sink; but over time it turns into salted meat.

This is the result of timed sampling analysis based on analysis; the most important things are accurate analysis and timely sampling. In other words, it depends on the competence and diligence of the analysts. Generally, analysis should be carried out at least every 2 hours, which is difficult to do at night, as that is when the most problems arise.
