I would like to ask my colleagues in the field of catalysts: what configurations or operating conditions are required for laboratory-scale fixed-bed fluidization bed evaluation devices? Do any of you have any experience in this regard?
There are also many differences in the evaluation methods for catalysts of different types and uses. Generally speaking, to evaluate catalytic activity, a complete set of microreactor equipment and a set of corresponding analytical methods are necessary. For life assessment, micro-reactor devices are not suitable; pilot or bench-scale devices should be used instead. When it comes to operating conditions, these are related to the application of the catalyst and future production processes, and the differences become even greater.
