The steam supply to the medium-transformer furnace is too high; can its furnace temperature be controlled? Can the reaction efficiency be good if the water vapor ratio is too high?
Relatively speaking, more steam should be added; if too much is used, normal production cannot take place.
Generally, adding more steam outlets reduces carbon monoxide levels. The situation encountered by the poster may be due to an increased air velocity, too short a contact time with the catalyst, which results in an increase in carbon monoxide levels at the outlet.

Has the system pressure difference increased? Could the water seal from the saturated tower to the hot water tower have been partially broken, resulting in air leakage?
