All the flanges in our company need to be connected.
The static grounding specifications state that at least two bolts must have good conductive contact surfaces, but who can guarantee that? Especially carbon steel flanges. So, static bonding still needs to be done

In actual production, it is generally not done; in our factory, we only connect such connections for hazardous gases like hydrogen. Normal material pipelines are not bridged. The extra 4 bolts in the specification should also not require a bypass connection. Jumpers are only required for special materials that have such requirements
