What causes unstable leakage from the pressure-reduction side line?

All the pressure-reduction side streams in our plant are operated at full tower capacity, and the overflow control valves are also fully open. Recently, the liquid levels in lines 2, 3, and 4 have been dropping suddenly, which makes operation difficult. What’s going on here?
Carefully analyze the operating parameters to see if there are any changes in vacuum level, backflow rate during interruptions, furnace temperature, etc. There are many possible reasons for this.
Reducing the feed rate, lowering the furnace outlet temperature, and stopping the reflux all occurred steadily, in a very gradual manner.
If everything remains stable, can we imagine a situation where the amount drawn out is greater than the amount distilled, resulting in a drop in liquid level?
