During a recent inspection, it was found that the ball valves in one batch were hollow balls – what is the reason to reject them?
Are you referring to a V-type or C-type control valve, or a ball shut-off valve? Even the so-called ball valve has only a spherical sealing surface; the interior is empty ； To reject it, this is not a valid reason
Are there any requirements in the contract? If nothing is specified, then there is no reason to refuse; such suppliers should not be dealt with anymore – they are those who cut corners.
Yes, especially for large-diameter ball valves; poor quality is used in such cases. Please specify this when placing the next order
