Several issues with hot oil pumps

We have a hydroprocessing unit, and the four hot oil pumps at the bottom of the distillation tower are constantly leaking. Is there any other solution apart from replacing the pumps? (The temperature at the bottom of the distillation tower is controlled at 250 degrees, with a pressure of 0.1 MPA.)
It seems that the poster runs a small refinery in Shandong, and they purchased mechanical seals produced by workshop-style enterprises; a slightly better quality mechanical seal would suffice.
250 degrees isn’t high; a regular mechanical seal will suffice. Put some effort into the repair process, and if that doesn’t work, add some seal oil
It’s better to change the mechanical seal; it is recommended to choose a high-quality manufacturer of such seals, as they generally have well-developed sealing technology for hot oil pumps.
