The distress after passing an interview

I went for an interview at a pretty good company yesterday; I didn’t expect to not get the job, but I was called that very day to be told that I had been hired, and I felt a sense of joy. The new employer wants to terminate the employment contract, but the original employer refuses to approve it. I want to start working there ahead of time out of fear that the new employer might change its mind, leaving me without a job in either place. Annoying
Submit a written resignation letter to your current employer one month in advance; even if it is not approved, you can still leave the company after that one month, right?
In a month, I’m afraid the new company might not even exist anymore, hehe! :lol
