380V voltage measurement

I have a quick question: I need to measure the actual heating voltage of a 380V electric heater. Is it possible to measure the voltage between one of the phases and the neutral wire, and then multiply that value by a coefficient? Is this okay?
In an ideal situation, it’s possible. But in practice, the three phases are usually not perfectly balanced; it’s more accurate to measure the voltages between the phases directly
