The residue oil processing path in the unit is relatively long; how can it be ensured that no oil remains after line cleaning before the maintenance of the primary heat exchanger?

The appropriate methods need to be used; since the residue oil line is long and the oil is heavy, it’s necessary to clean each unit one by one. When cleaning each unit, ensure that the other heat exchangers are connected to bypass lines in order to reduce resistance downstream. When building up pressure, do so to the maximum level before opening the valves quickly, thereby using the impact and speed to clean the residue oil as effectively as possible. Repeated cleaning is required, and don’t forget to clean the bypass lines of the heat exchangers as well, until the condensed water discharged contains almost no oil
