Vote on the daily question

I support it, but not in a quiz or multiple-choice format! ! The daily question should be a topic that is well integrated with the technical content of this section, aiming to solve problems encountered in actual work! Since the answer isn’t what I was thinking, I’ll abstain!

Although our region has been carrying out such activities, and I personally took the lead in organizing a “Make Progress Every Day” initiative, I still voted against it. The reason is simple: tired. 1. Creating questions is very exhausting; it gets more and more tiring as it goes on. Because the questions need to avoid repetition, it’s tiring ； The issue of duplicate posts arising from events in certain sections has been mentioned before; it’s necessary to identify them in order to avoid such duplicates, which is tedious ； The posts that participate in the replies need to be managed; it’s exhausting. 2. There are too many people who don’t understand, and it’s really tiring to explain things to them. Everyone does it once; after a few times, they get too lazy to say it anymore. Such people have their own opinions, but they are unwilling to participate in the construction process. 3. Mobilizing the enthusiasm of section moderators is exhausting. It’s all free; if you do it, you do it, yet you still have to endure so many people criticizing you. Not every new moderator can tolerate such patience. Fortunately, the moderators I’ve identified are all great. But in other sections, the super moderators are still the top moderators; can we arrange for moderators from other sections to carry out this task consistently? So, there are good sides to it being canceled; things are much easier now. But what is the downside? And how to make amends? Who will bear it? ——Or maybe I’m worrying needlessly. Conclusion: May the forum thrive forever!

Perhaps the frequency of one question per day is too high; it could be changed to one question per week/month. Or, as HW on the 2nd floor said, weekly/monthly topics would be more accurate. The topic can encourage members to propose issues or general areas they would like to discuss; many can be listed, and the topic for next week will be determined by voting, with the others placed on the reserve list. During the event, members are encouraged to participate, and those who provide excellent responses receive more honors/rewards. At the end of the event, a summary post is created to bring together everyone’s insights, which is also the essence of the forum. --- Just saw the cleaner’s post. I spoke too much^^!

I support it! Personally, I think the requirements for the “one question per day” activity shouldn’t be too high, for the following reasons: 1. The questions in this activity are simple and easy to work with; they can help increase popularity. Only by retaining users can one start to be picky about the questions offered” ； 2. The theme post for the “event” is posted by the moderator, so it can serve as a guide ； 3. No matter what form the “activity” takes, there is a possibility of “watering down” it.
