Fractionation tower float valve problem

Our factory had to replace all the fractionation tower trays with rectangular float valves during the maintenance the year before. It took a year. During the maintenance, the float valves on the 1st to 5th floors at the top of the tower fell off seriously. The float valves on the 5th to 10th floors also fell off, but it was not serious. The float valves were cleared out many times in the top circulation pump. Does this happen to you in your factory?
Is it corrosion peeling off or is it an installation quality problem?
The fractionation tower in my factory also uses a rectangular float valve tray. After the transformation, the same problem occurred. My opinion is that the pressure balance in the tower was disrupted, causing a slight flushing of the tower. This is just a personal opinion and is for reference only.
We also have times when the top circulation pump clears the float valve, but the main reason is corrosion causing the valve angle to break and cause it to fall off.
Personally, I think it is caused by unstable operation and poor quality of the float valve.
