Where is Incoloy800HT material generally used, and what are its advantages?
Our company has previously manufactured equipment using this material, which is mainly used in high-temperature and high-pressure environments; I think it was something about the operating temperature exceeding 1000 degrees Celsius ; This material is a type of material that can withstand high temperatures. The advantage is definitely its heat resistance
Well, they’re American products that can withstand high temperatures; the price is quite high, and the welding wire is also expensive
This material has excellent high-temperature properties, with particularly good high-temperature strength characteristics.
It can be used as a material for the outer surface of insulation layers.
Incoloy 800HT is an all-austenitic, low-carbon nickel-iron-chromium alloy in the same series as Incoloy 800. Incoloy 800HT can resist corrosion by many corrosive agents; it exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in aqueous media at extremely high temperatures of up to 500°C, but its corrosion resistance in sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid is limited. It is mainly used in nitric acid condensers, steam heating tubes, heating element tubes, etc. It can be welded using any conventional welding process (it must be done in the annealed state)
1000 degrees? ? ? It’s not that high, right? The solutioning temperature for the 800HT is around 900 degrees; it can generally withstand temperatures of about 800 degrees~
