The conductivity issue of solar-grade polysilicon

May I ask that with Siemens’ improved method for producing polysilicon, the conductivity of the polysilicon is very low, at only single-digit levels. Experienced **s, which (or which ones) stage(s) in the production process affect low conductivity? What are the main factors? Thank you
Reply to 1# Dreamwalker_2010: What the original poster is referring to is resistivity. A resistivity in the single digits indicates that the purification effect is very poor, either due to low-quality raw materials with excessive impurities, severe leaks within the purification system, or limited capacity of the purification system.
Check the B and P contents in the distillate products to see what the targets you have set are; increase those targets and then run another cycle to assess the quality
