May I ask: What is the method used by various factories to feed trichlorosilane into the system?

It is pressurized with nitrogen; generally, a pressure difference of 1 to 2 kilograms is sufficient for tank trucks and storage tanks. Of course, increasing the pressure speeds up the filling process, but safety considerations prevent using too high a pressure

Feeding with a pump is not entirely impossible, but there are two factors that generally lead to the decision against using this method: 1.
