The main tasks of a liquefied gas station are to receive, store, vaporize, and transport. The main positions in my workshop are: tank area, filling, general operations, testing, transportation, and machinery. The tank area crew is responsible for daily material receipt, loading, measurement, and working in conjunction with the filling crew to carry out filling operations. The main process parameters to be monitored include tank pressure, temperature, and liquid level control. The filling station is responsible for inspecting users’ gas cylinders, filling them, conducting a second weight check, and ensuring they leave the facility in compliance with standards; the main process parameter is control of the filling pressure. The comprehensive position is responsible for tasks such as loading and unloading gas cylinders, draining residual gas from them, and inspecting their appearance.
