I would like to ask about the processes and operations related to liquefied gas stations

The main tasks of a liquefied gas station are to receive, store, vaporize, and transport. According to the work requirements of the liquefied gas station, necessary operation posts must be established within the station. The equipment and process pipelines for installing, storing, and transporting liquefied petroleum gas involve coordinated and interdependent operations among various stations; the different process devices are connected to one another through pipelines to meet the requirements of the work tasks. The main operations at a liquefied gas station include loading and unloading, tank transfer, and vaporization. In terms of operation, ensuring safety is of primary importance; the refrigerant used for cooling is also crucial. The main positions in my workshop are: tank area, filling, general operations, testing, transportation, and machinery. The tank area crew is responsible for daily material receipt, loading, measurement, and working in conjunction with the filling crew to carry out filling operations. The main process parameters to be monitored include tank pressure, temperature, and liquid level control. The filling station is responsible for inspecting users’ gas cylinders, filling them, conducting a second weight check, and ensuring they leave the facility in compliance with standards; the main process parameter is control of the filling pressure. The comprehensive position is responsible for tasks such as loading and unloading gas cylinders, draining residual gas from them, and inspecting their appearance.
