I used the actual coal supply from the company along with air-inlet simulation to model the fluidized bed process, and the simulation results were very close to the actual results. However, the software issued a warning stating that there were issues with the yield, and it also indicated problems related to COAL and ASH. I hope experts can help us make progress together; the document is in the attachment.
This question is really impossible to answer; similar gasification simulations have been carried out as well. It would be best to upload the simulation files to help address the issue. At least send a screenshot of the hint. This is completely incomprehensible.
