Our 4.3-meter coke ovens can achieve an average daily K value of over 95%, while the average K value per shift is around 90%!
The temperature K at each branch is the number of cases where the calculated adjusted temperature falls within the range of ±20°C of the standard temperature, out of the total number of measurements taken. The main factors influencing this are, firstly, the experience of the person responsible for adjusting the temperature; Secondly, the mixture ratio of gas and air is appropriate, with the air excess factor falling within the required range of 1.1–1.25% ; Third, the flue suction meets the current heating requirements.

For 4.3-meter coke ovens, the average value of K can reach over 0.90. The factors that affect this average value are the moisture content of the coal fed into the oven, the coke pushing coefficient, and the amount of coal loaded. To increase this average value, it is necessary not only to improve temperature control but also to ensure that the variation in the moisture content of the coal fed into the oven does not exceed 1%. Under normal operating conditions, the coke pushing coefficient K2 should be at least 0.95, and the amount of coal loaded into the carbonization chamber must be uniform.
For our 4.3-meter ramming coke ovens, the coking time reaches 30–48 hours; K_vertical and K_horizontal can reach 0.9, but K_average is poor. Everyone’s K value is above 0.9. What is the value of K’an? What are the values of K’heng and K’tou? What is the coking time? What is the level of moisture variation? Could you provide more details on the heating system, such as the main pipe pressure and the suction force in the smoke ducts, as well as the opening degree of the dampers? Also, what about the pressure during flame monitoring, and the suction force when the roof rises and falls?
