The company is scheduled to ship goods tomorrow, but those that were supposed to be shipped today haven’t yet reached a condition suitable for dispatch. As a result, the boss personally went to the workshop to oversee things today. What does this mean? Is he paying high salaries to support a bunch of good-for-nothing people like us? But he only kept the electricians busy, while the plumbers and welders just sat around doing nothing – didn’t he see that? I really don’t understand what he’s thinking So frustrated
The internal relationships within the company are quite complex. The fact that you’ve only turned to electricians for the work indicates that you haven’t yet integrated into the company’s internal network of interests. I suggest that you communicate more with other professionals afterward; after that, you’ll understand why such things happen.
