The real estate market this year has seen many ups and downs: it rose steadily at the beginning of the year, and many people who had been waiting to make a decision decided to buy property at that time. But not long after that, the market dropped again, and now it’s in a state of uncertainty. It’s unclear what policies will be introduced next; everyone is waiting to see what happens. I was wondering if anyone with more experience could offer some advice

Local interests are too closely tied to real estate, unless local authorities are willing to truly give up this lucrative source of income. Otherwise, property price drops will only be temporary.
