Minimum inner depth of the tube box?

Page P18, section 5.2.2 of GB151-1999 specifies the minimum inner depth of the tube box, but what exactly is the minimum inner depth of a tube box? If anyone knows, please help. Thank you
I also saw clause 5.2.2 today; the minimum inner depth of the tube sheet should refer to the length of the tube sheet section, right?
