Clean production has now penetrated every enterprise. What good methods does your company use in this area, and what positive results have been achieved? We hope you will share your insights!
Oh, this mainly involves the recycling of used oil and waste residues, as well as the reuse of wastewater. Different devices and designs lead to different approaches, and the cost of treating these three types of waste can be quite high. We started relatively late; we are now working on promoting this practice
For clean production, I personally think it should start with energy consumption and energy recovery. The development of new processes generally involves small-scale tests, pilot tests, and so on; if successful, they can be put into use. However, this requires a great deal of human, material, and financial resources, and the benefits in terms of energy conservation and emission reduction are relatively limited. In production, we can enhance our awareness of energy conservation and emission reduction, make the most efficient use of materials and energy, and employ energy recovery to reduce waste of low-temperature heat while improving the efficiency of using high-temperature heat. My knowledge is limited, so these are just my personal opinions. Please comment if there are any mistakes!
