I’ve seen that some measures have been introduced to restrict property speculation. I’ve been thinking about similar issues these days. One of my uncles works at the Industrial and Commercial Bank; he’s explained the reasons behind such high housing prices, but Haischuan definitely doesn’t allow him to speak out, so I’ll just share my own thoughts. If anyone has any good ideas, please share them – as long as they don’t violate the law. In my opinion, the main temporary solutions to restricting property speculation are, on the one hand, increasing the land available for building homes, and on the other hand, cracking down heavily on speculators by limiting the prices at which second-hand homes can be sold. The law stipulates that the price of a second-hand home should be the original purchase price multiplied by the current inflation rate (with the aim of preventing those who truly want to sell their homes from suffering losses). It’s not that there aren’t enough homes available; it’s just that there’s too much speculation. I think this is a pretty interesting idea. What do everyone think?~~
It doesn’t violate the law.............. There are two types: one is in a narrow sense, that is, it doesn’t go against the spirit of the constitution, or it refers to situations where the offense is clearly defined in legal provisions............ This is quite simple........... After all, China’s laws aren’t well-developed; many things aren’t even specified... But if we talk about the law in a broad sense............ That is, the will of those in power is equivalent to the will of heaven, and the will of heaven is equivalent to the law......... It’s like sacred commands......... In that case, it becomes very difficult not to violate such laws.............. After all, the will of those in power is hard to predict................. Moreover, the ultimate will of those in power............ Is simply—to make everyone shut up!! So, if one isn’t to violate the law............. then........... in China, nothing can be clarified clearly...... Actually, why bother being so clear? Isn’t it easier to act opportunistically when everything isn’t clear............. If everything were made clear............. then what’s the point of acting opportunistically?
In ZF’s games, ordinary people aren’t of any use. It’s undeniable that the intentions behind them are good. Those real estate speculators from Wenzhou can still find ten or eight people with rural household registrations to buy multiple houses, even if it’s their first time buying one. Let’s wait and see~~
