There is a sodium silicate production project in which the reaction vessel is heated by a furnace made of refractory materials located below it, with fuel being used as the heating source. Is this type of furnace considered standard? And how should the spacing between the stoves be considered? Should it be considered in terms of the heating furnaces in chemical plant equipment? If so, the distance between the heating furnaces should not be less than 3 meters. Please give me some advice.

This is just the simple method I use here; I want to improve it but don’t know where to start. . . Is there anyone who can give some advice?
For the furnace approach, temperature control for coal and gas combustion, as well as energy circulation control, need to be considered.
1. It is recommended that the poster address the issues as soon as possible. This traditional method is extremely inefficient; it might still be used by small-scale factories in remote mountainous areas. 2. It does not comply with the regulations for pressure vessels; anything that is heated using an open flame should be referred to as a boiler. Heating a tank directly with an open flame seems to violate these regulations. Will the special inspection agency approve it? 3. The solution for making corrections is simple: use a boiler. Switch to steam heating.
