How many years is the normal operation cycle of the atmospheric and vacuum equipment? Our company originally planned to run the project for four years, but now that it has just reached three years, many problems have been exposed in the installation. I wonder how many years is the longest cycle of domestic atmospheric and vacuum devices?
Three years of maintenance is okay, the longest I know of is five years.
We have been operating for three years and nine months. The bottleneck problem is the long-term scrapping of the softened water furnace tube in the convection chamber of the heating furnace.
Our main problem is that the pressure drop at the top of the normal pressure tower increases. Preliminary analysis shows that salt may form. I wonder if you have similar problems?
Generally, it takes about 3 years. The atmospheric and vacuum corrosion situation is more serious than other devices. Electric desalination heat exchangers, atmospheric pressure tower top oil and gas lines, heavy oil heat exchangers, etc. may corrode and leak. If the operation time is long, there will be many problems and maintenance. It is better to stop and overhaul once, and replace what needs to be replaced!
If the design of the device is high, there should be no problem in running for 4-5 years. If the material or device configuration is unreasonable, the running should not exceed 3 years.
Our equipment generally operates for 2 to 3 years. The main problems are corrosion and leakage of the heat exchange equipment of the unit and leakage of air cooling at the top of the tower.
