What does adding a production line mean?

Our company is planning to expand soon by adding another production line in order to increase our production capacity. Please share your thoughts on what this means in terms of changes that are needed, such as those related to equipment, processes, personnel, and so on. Feel free to express your opinions!
The equipment definitely needs to be purchased; the plans must be clear, and several design/manufacturing companies with solid experience should be sought out. The staff should be arranged according to one’s own needs.
The process can be adjusted based on the one you used last time; are the equipment shared? For those that are shared, there’s no need to worry about them; add the necessary equipment according to the manufacturing process, and have a procurement plan in place. There are also pipelines; does the original design capacity meet the requirements? If it cannot be met, should we consider using two lines or increasing the capacity? Generally, there should be no increase in staff; instead, the new lines and existing lines should be managed together. Of course, everyone’s compensation should be increased appropriately
Adding a production line means that the existing workers can act as supervisors while also having to manage the new line, which increases their workload; as long as their wages go up, it’s fine. Haha
It means increasing productivity, which also means increasing investment!
